The PIP cooling towel quickly reduces temperature when soaked in water and activated to provide a cooling effect for hours. The Towel can be cut to size and provides UV protection while resisting odors. The storage container can be clipped on to belt or uniform. If unopened the PVA cooling towel has an unlimited shelf life and is reusable if cared for properly.
